The Cobberdog Registry is an international non-profit organisation dedicated to safeguarding the integrity, welfare and future of the Australian Cobberdog through comprehensive registration and breed development, guided by standards.
Our mission is to support the long-term health, temperament, and genetic diversity of the breed through responsible breeding practices, transparent record keeping, thorough health testing, character and conformation assessment.
We believe that preserving the Australian Cobberdog requires more than maintaining pedigrees. It requires a commitment to evidence-based decision making and collaboration among breeders, owners, trainers and groomers around the world.
The Cobberdog Registry is an inclusive organisation, with benefits for breeders of all existing registries. We offer exclusive services, like access to our COBR database, including a large selection of studs.
When you purchase a puppy from a Cobberdog Registry breeder, you will be issued with a Certificate of Registration. This document includes details of your puppy including the name of their parents, their date of birth, colour and expected adult size. This certificate authenticates your dog's lineage, verifies its place within the breed, and contributes to the breeding records for future generations.
